Bristol and Bath Railway Path

The Bristol and Bath Railway Path now has its own website with loads of information about the path and an interactive map. Check it out at www.bristolbathrailwaypath.org.uk

This 13 mile Path runs between Bristol and Bath, taking you through some of the best countryside in the Avon Valley with terrific views of the South Cotswolds. It’s easy to get onto the trail at several different spots and there are places to stop for refreshment

Access

The path is fairly level on high quality hard surfaces, making it suitable for walkers, cyclists and wheel chairs with a short section open for horseriders.

How to get onto the route...

The two ends of the path are at Trinity Street in Lawrence Hill, Bristol and Brass Mill Lane on the west side of Bath, although you can get onto the route at a number of different points.
