Climate Active!
Climate Active! is the Forest of Avon's programme for local action on climate change.
Climate Active! has two simple aims:
- Help you get active by doing something yourself on climate change.
- Act locally on climate change and improve the environment and quality of life for all in the Forest of Avon.
Be Climate Active! - take local action on climate change
Firstly, do something yourself!
The first thing to do to help with climate change is to make changes yourself.
Climate Active! Life has tips on easy things you can do to have a lower carbon lifestyle and local links to help you make the changes!
Secondly, support our Climate Active! projects
We work locally to:
- Raise awareness and help people take action on climate change
- Reduce carbon emissions by helping people live lower carbon lifestyles
- Plant trees to help adapt to the impacts of climate change
- Improve the environment and quality of life for all
