Orienteering in the Forest of Avon

Orienteering is a sport that challenges both the mind and body. The aim is to navigate between control points marked on a unique orienteering map and decide the best route to complete the course in the quickest time. Orienteering is a great sport for anyone who loves the outdoors and is especially good for walkers, joggers and runners who want to improve their navigation skills. Orienteering can take place in most outdoor environments and is suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.young peoples event
